Instrument and Multi-Engine Flight Instructor Course

The CFI Flight Instructor course is a 3 to 4 day program that adds the instrument instructor rating to your initial CFI Certificate. This course is taught in a Cessna 172 and include 5 hours of flight instruction and 10 hours of ground instruction. This course teaches you how to teach instrument flying. The Course covers:

The Multi-Engine Flight Instructor course is offered in 2 to 3 days and training is offered in either a Piper Seneca I or BeechCraft Travel Air. Included are 5 hours of flight instruction and 10 hours of ground.

This comprehensive course is designed to show you how to teach in a Multi-Engine aircraft safely. Instructing in a Multi-Engine aircraft is different than in a single and can be more dangerous as well. We stress safety and emergency training. Experienced MEI's teach this course.
